When you call you hold for hours as they attempt to transfer you to different departments that never pick up. @CNNnewsroom

@ppp2lendio @Zachary I have to say that we are experiencing the same with @Ready_Capital. We are in a hostage pattern after receiving an SBA loan no. Status remains the same despite early app & they send emails with inaccurate nos despite this being 2nd PPP with them. Nobody responds to resolve.
