Treat the symposium as a hospitality system rather than a single room: lounge environments for connection, dining settings for celebration, and circulation paths that keep awards programming feeling elevated and intentional. The activation featured curated lounge environments, hospitality-focused gathering spaces, refined dining environments, and event styling designed to support networking, attendee engagement, and seamless guest flow throughout the experience. Furnishings, styling, installation sequencing, and onsite coordination were planned to deliver finished hospitality environments across each program block. Posh & Luxe managed experiential event production, installation, and on-site execution, delivering consistent hospitality-driven environments that supported ABET’s long-standing event experience objectives.
