White House Correspondents Weekend puts media, culture, and political society in one room under intense scrutiny. Capitol File needed a VIP setting that photographed well, moved guests easily, and stayed glamorous from early arrivals through late night.
We treated the lounge as an editorial set for real conversation: layered seating, clear circulation, and styling that worked for intimate groups and the broader social rhythm of the evening. Furnishings, floral, and lighting were chosen to hold up under event photography without tipping into excess.
