Challenge
Taste of the Season asked us to put club-level intimacy on the Capital One Arena floor. Suite owners and partners expected polish; the arena demanded speed, durability, and a tight install window.
Solution
We planned the floor as neighborhoods instead of one endless lounge. Seating clusters, bars, and brand cues preserved sightlines and gave partners places to gather without fighting the scale of the venue.
Scope
VIP concept, furnishings, custom bars, lighting, floor protection, install choreography, and onsite leadership for Monumental Sports & Entertainment.
