Arena floors demand speed, durability, and precise logistics. The design had to read as polished hospitality at suite-owner standards while surviving a constrained install window, heavy guest circulation, and the acoustic and visual scale of the venue.
The floor was planned as a composition of hospitality neighborhoods rather than a single continuous lounge. Service points, seating clusters, and brand cues were mapped to preserve sightlines, ease hosting, and give partners places to gather without competing with the arena’s inherent energy. Curated furnishings, custom bars, layered lighting, and integrated brand elements established a multi-zone lounge language. Materials and silhouettes were chosen to feel elevated up close while remaining legible—and photographable—from distance across the floor. Production management covered floor protection, scenic and furnishings install, bar buildouts, lighting, and vendor choreography. Every element was sequenced to protect the arena schedule while arriving guest-ready for a high-visibility partner event. Onsite teams locked finishes, styled vignettes, and confirmed service adjacencies before doors. Real-time coordination kept the hospitality environment composed as guests arrived and as the arena’s operational tempo shifted through the evening. Taste of the Season delivered an elevated VIP destination that held intimacy inside arena energy—strengthening partner hospitality and proving that large-venue floors can still feel personally considered.
