Challenge
Inside .conf, priority guests needed somewhere quieter than the show floor without losing Splunk’s identity. The VIP room had to install inside a major tech conference calendar and still feel calm enough for serious hosting.
Solution
We framed the space as a brand sanctuary next to the broader conference: strong graphics at the threshold, then a quieter core for longer conversations. Seating protected privacy without cutting guests off from the energy of .conf.
