Challenge
Zillow’s State of Home campaign asked guests to walk through the idea of homeownership, not just read about it. The metaphor had to become architecture in a one-day footprint without looking like temporary scenery.

Zillow’s State of Home campaign asked guests to walk through the idea of homeownership, not just read about it. The metaphor had to become architecture in a one-day footprint without looking like temporary scenery.
A custom entry arch and real-estate-inspired welcome moments led the story, with dimensional wood branding, door graphics, bar façades, and floral carrying the visual identity through the room. Fabrication and install were managed so every piece read as finished construction.
Design for fabrication, custom builds, environmental graphics, floral, production, installation, and onsite leadership for Zillow’s State of Home program.
